You just haven't lived until you've savored the best chili that a few dozen local competitors can muster up! Every year for the last 17 years, oil field companies, banks, retailers, utility companies and civic organizations have come together to stir up both chili and a royal ruckus. For about a dollar per bowl, you can savor the flavor of the resulting brew. You'll find a lot more than chili, too! The available fixins include burritos, asado, roasted chicken, stuffed jalapenos, ribs, brisket, fajitas, cobbler, cotton candy, pies, brownies, cookies and much more!
