You have come to know United Way of Lea County for our financial support of local non-profit agencies. In fact, for over 50 years we have proudly provided a way for employees to help their friends and neighbors through payroll deduction.

Just since 1980, United Way has invested nearly $10 million in local programs and services, making it possible for many thousands of people to get the specific help they need.
